Its calm waters and soft waves share the popularity with Playa Parguito, the beach of the locals. Guacuco owe it's name to the abundance of guacucos (clams) in its sands.

It is located to the southeast of the island and offers most services. It will take only minutes to travel the 8 Km from Pampatar. It is about 1,5 Km. of longitude.
